Hotel Colloseum - Černý Koníček (The Black Pony) is a reconstructed and newly refurbished historical building located in the historical centre of Prague. The first known owner of this building of hotel Black Pony was master John (Johanis Praetextarii) and its first mention of the building is dated around 1386. The late classicist upgrade was carried out by architect Zelenka in the 1848. The present architectural shape of the building is a baroque reconstruction originating from the beginning of the 18th century, providing historical yet at the same time modern style of accommodation.

We are located at the very heart of the city. That said, there is nowhere to be far from our place.
The buffet breakfast is served at the ground floor restaurant. Other meals than breakfast have to be paid on the spot.
There is a valet parking at 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel. Please note that additional charges are applied.
Major currencies are accepted for the hotel bills. Cash can also be changed by the Exchange office across the street.
You can bring your pet animal with you to our hotel for free. In case you have more then one, please contact us in advance.
In order to make your stay really pleasant and comfortable, we clean the rooms on daily basis, including the towels' change.
Your valuables can be safely stored at the hotel safety deposit boxes which are located right at the reception desk.
